Introducing our mission to bring you the very best of rally and rallycross, present and past

Sebastien Ogier Toyota WRC testing 2020

With World Rally Champion, Ott Tanak joining us last week, DirtFish is ready for our next challenge. Starting today, Monday, January 20, DirtFish will be supporting rallying globally.

Welcome to DirtFish Media on Dirtfish.com, your new home for rallying.

Nine years on from the creation of the United States’ best known and most successful rally school, DirtFish is excited to announce the next chapter of the brand’s growth. DirtFish has a mission to engage, inspire, educate, promote and expand the sport of rallying by engaging automotive enthusiasts globally.

DirtFish.com is a rally-centric platform, focused on providing a single source for rally and rallycross-related content. We are committed to growing the entire sport in North America, so we will be reporting on what’s going on around the world.

In 2020, DirtFish will cover every round of the FIA World Rally Championship, American Rally Association Championship, FIA World Rallycross Championship, as well as key events taking place around the world.

Ott Tänak

We’ll be up one of America’s greatest mountains for one of the biggest and best hill climbs in the world. And when we’re done with Pikes Peak, we will head to Goodwood and another one in the USA.

Rally fans will have unlimited access to every piece of content on DirtFish.com, including daily coverage, detailed analysis, compelling videos, the best photo essays, podcasts, and… the “voice of rally.”

That’s right. We’ve got the voice! Rallying’s second most famous Colin – Clark – joins us full-time. For 15 years, Colin has been the one voice to bring news, views and insight from the end of WRC stages. From now on, you’ll see Colin reporting on WRC, but more exclusively on DirtFish.com.

Colin said, “For a very long time, I’ve told the world I have the best job in the world. Well, it just got better. As a few of you will know, I can get quite excited at times and it’s fair to say I’ve never been as excited as I am right now about what we’ve got planned here at DirtFish.

“We’re working with the best in the business, starting from the top with world champion Ott Tänak. There’s some unbelievable content coming your way and, of course, an awful lot of talking from me!

“Come and join us at DirtFish.com. The new home of rallying.”

We’ll make our delivery of this beautiful sport as inclusive as it is clear. Wherever you are in the world, DirtFish wants to take you on a journey. We’ll introduce you to the cars and the stars. And we’ll give you unrivaled insight into where we’re going and why we’re going there.

And there’s special attention to our own backyard. Despite the last nine years of building the DirtFish brand, we think rallying’s still too small in the United States. We want to change that. We’re going to change that. And we’re going to create change that cements and solidifies rallying’s future growth both here in Seattle, in the US and around the world.

DirtFish owner Steve Rimmer said: The response to the news of our partnership with Ott [Tänak, 2019 FIA World Rally Champion] couldn’t have been more positive and it certainly justified the significant technical and financial investment we have made to ensure Dirtfish.com can deliver on its objectives of delivering compelling and timely reporting into rally worldwide”

“Last week, when we broke the news about our partnership with Ott, we asked you to come back and take a look at DirtFish.com. Now you get a glimpse into what we have planned, however, there is much more to come so please stay tuned and continue to check into Dirtfish.com so you don’t miss anything. We won’t be limiting ourselves to reporting results rather we aim to give you a full insight into the sport and the key players who make it such compelling viewing as well the technology that allows the teams to do what they do so well.”
