Subaru of America, Inc. today announced a renewed partnership with DirtFish Rally School as its exclusive OEM vehicle partner. Subaru and DirtFish will continue to work together to update the school’s fleet of all-wheel drive WRX STI and rear-wheel drive BRZ models, as well as collaborating on motorsports and driver training activities.

Located in Snoqualmie, Washington and featuring more than 315 acres of dirt, mud, tarmac and gravel roads – as well as driving simulators, multiple classrooms and a team of highly qualified instructors – DirtFish is America’s leading rally school. The DirtFish Motorsports Team has also campaigned WRX STI and BRZ models in the American Rally Association (ARA) championship alongside Subaru Rally Team USA, and has focused on developing young drivers throughout the Americas Rallycross (ARX) championship’s ARX2 series.

“Subaru vehicles are engineered to deliver maximum driver involvement, confidence and control,” said Bill Stokes, Motorsports Manager for Subaru of America. “At DirtFish, driving enthusiasts and drivers of all levels can experience that engineering and performance, while developing their skills to be faster, safer and more consistent.”

As part of the agreement, Subaru of America will provide new 2018 WRX STI vehicles to be converted into school cars, allowing older models to be cycled out and giving drivers access to the most up-to-date version of one of the world’s most iconic performance cars.

“At DirtFish, we pride ourselves on providing a safe learning environment year round while also giving our students an experience that they will remember forever,” said Malli Sheaffer, General Manager of DirtFish. “Subaru is our first choice for teaching students valuable skills on loose surfaces while utilizing the Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive and rear-wheel drive platforms to showcase the capabilities of both Subaru WRX STI and BRZ models. We look forward to representing the newest Subaru models while continuing to deliver the most unique experience behind the wheel possible!”
