DirtFish Visits Local School

The preschool class at the Snoqualmie Elementary school is currently learning about different types of ground transportation. Part of their curriculum involves inviting guest speakers from the industry to teach the children about different aspects of transportation. The preschool teachers thought it would be exciting for their students to learn about race cars, so they invited us to stop by and talk about what we do at DirtFish.

Adam Papp, DirtFish Sales Director, and Michelle Miller, Motorsports Team Manager, arrived at the elementary school with a DirtFish Subaru WRX STI rally car. Luckily, the children already had basic knowledge of the standard street cars that they see every day, so the two were able to show them how race cars are different. They also showed the students the safety equipment we use and why it is so important. They even had full race gear available for the students to touch and see up close.

After showing fun videos of rally cars and answering some great questions, they made their way outside to let the kiddos get up close and personal with our Subaru WRX STI.

All of the kids loved seeing a rally car in person, and are really excited to learn more about racing!
