Refund & Cancellation Policy
Enrollment, Refund & Cancellation Policy:
Policy?! Since when does driving in the dirt require policy? Okay, okay... To maximize your fun and learning, you at least need an understanding of how to enroll in a course, and what happens if the very worst should occur... that you absolutely must re-schedule or even cancel your course. So, here goes:
- If you're enrolling for a 2-Hour Taste of Rally or a 1/2-Day Intro to Rally course, we need you to pay the full amount to reserve a spot in the course of your choosing. Good thing these courses are relatively inexpensive (they're downright cheap compared to the fun and learning you'll experience!).
- If you're enrolling in a 1-Day Rally Fundamentals or 3-Day Advanced Rally Techniques course, you only have to pay 50% of the course fee to reserve your spot. Then, if you pay by check, we'll need the balance 10 days prior to your scheduled course date; if you pay by credit card, we need the balance the day before your course (you'll be so excited on the day of your course, you probably won't be able to sign your name on the credit card slip!).
- As we hold a spot for you - and there are thousands of people who would kill to take your spot - if you don't show up for your scheduled course, we just can't refund your money. Sorry, but we're sure you’ll understand.
- Speaking of the unimaginable... if, for some bizarre reason, you must cancel, and you give us at least 30 days notice, we'll refund the full amount you've paid us, minus a $25 administration fee. If it's within 30 days of your course date... sorry, but since we've already got staff and cars ready for you, there's no refund available. But with our instructors and cars calling your name, we doubt you'll ever have to cancel!
- As for rescheduling, here's what we do: If it's at least 21 days before your course date, we'll do everything we can to accommodate your needs (short of kicking someone else out of the course you want!). If it's within 21 days, we charge a $50 administration fee. The most important thing is that we'll do what we can to find another course that suits your schedule, even if it's months and months in the future (yuk, just imagine the sleepless nights you’ll have waiting...).
- After we get your enrollment and payment, we'll send you a confirmation package including what time to arrive for your course, what to wear, what to bring, and even where to stay if you need overnight accommodations. Oh, the anticipation!
- By the way, we've found that drivers learn more and have more fun if they're part of a group. If, for some strange reason, there are not enough people enrolled in your desired course to make it fun and productive for you, we reserve the right to move you and others around into other courses. Obviously, we wouldn't do that without talking to you, so it would be a mutually agreeable thing, but just in case...
- One last thing: All courses are first-come, first-served. It's the only way we can avoid the mud wrestling over who gets the first course!
